Your pickup time and meeting point are confirmed when you book, and your luggage allowance depends on the option you choose: the Basic fare includes one carry-on bag (40 × 30 × 20 cm) and one 23 kg check-in bag, while the Skier and Pro fares also include one 23 kg ski/snowboard bag (180 × 33 × 24 cm).
Private transfers provide exclusive use of the vehicle for your group, while standard shared transfers are door-to-door and have different baggage allowances.

Yes. One 23 kg ski/snowboard bag (180 × 33 × 24 cm) per passenger is included at no additional cost with the Skier and Pro fare levels. On the Basic fare your allowance is one carry-on bag (40 × 30 × 20 cm) and one 23 kg check-in bag, and a ski/snowboard bag can be added for an extra charge. Any additional luggage must be paid for at the time of booking.
If you are unsure about your arrival time, we recommend selecting a later departure.
If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available Shared Economy transfer, subject to seat availability.
