To cancel your booking, please send an email to our Customer Service team up to the specified time before your transfer date.

The Supplier may charge the cancellation or amendment charges shown in their booking conditions. These charges may start from a percentage of the transfer cost and increase as the departure date approaches.
At Alps2Alps, you can make payments in both EUR and GBP. With our same currency refund guarantee, you can feel secure knowing that you are financially protected, regardless of currency fluctuations.
If you decide to cancel your transfer for any reason, we will refund you in the same currency in which you paid. Find out more information about this guarantee and how to secure your investment.
If you need to change your booking, amendments can be made via email to our Customer Service team up to 3 days prior to the date of your booked transfer.
However, please be aware that we can only answer emails within our UK office hours.
While we do our best to accommodate all requested changes, we cannot guarantee that every request will be met.
We do not charge an administration fee for amending your booking. However, you will be required to pay any differences in price for your new booking or service.
